I own multiple lots/tracts of land. Can I request to split or merge multiple properties?

Yes, you can request to split or merge properties; however, approval of the split or merge request is at the discretion of Bexar Central Appraisal District. 

Submit your request using one of the following methods:

• Online: Under "Submit a Request." select Split/Merge request type at help.bcad.org
• Mail: Send the completed form to:

• Drop-off: Deliver the request to the drop box at 411 N. Frio St., San Antonio TX 78207 during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
• Download the GIS Split/Merge Request Form under Forms at www.bcad.org
• Print the attached form
