What is a situs address?

A situs address is the physical location of a property. The appraisal district does not assign these addresses; they are obtained from the City of San Antonio and/or City Public Service (CPS).

If you believe the situs address is incorrect:

  • Submit an address verification letter provided by CPS at help.bcad.org.
  • Call us at (210) 242-2432.
  • If your property is within San Antonio, it can be verified through the city's online mapping system. https://gis.sanantonio.gov/DSD/onestop/index.html. It may need to be confirmed with CPS if it is outside the city.
