Property owners are allotted one reschedule after their formal hearing has been scheduled and the notice has been mailed.
- Any additional reschedule requests must be submitted in writing to the ARB Chair for review.

When to Submit Your Request
- Your request must be submitted at least one day before your scheduled hearing.
- If the request is made on the day of your hearing or after, it not considered timely and must be submitted in writing to the ARB Chair for review.
How to Submit a Request
You may submit a timely reschedule request through any of the following methods:

Rescheduled Dates Details
- Our staff cannot provide or guarantee a specific rescheduled date.
- Hearings are typically rescheduled to a hearing date within 5 to 15 days from your original hearing date, but not later than 30 days from your original hearing date.
Accounts Represented by Tax Consultants/Agents
- Reschedule requests cannot be processed if an agent is listed on the account.
- If you (the property owner) filed the protest but an agent is still listed:
- You must submit a written request to remove the agent, and
- Include your request to reschedule at the same time.
Requests Beyond 30 Days
- If you are requesting a new hearing date more than 30 days after your original hearing, a written request must be submitted to the ARB Chair for approval.
Important Reminder
Please ensure your mailing address is up to date, as your new hearing notice will be sent by mail.
