Business Personal Property Renditions are due April 15th. The following information explains how to submit your rendition and supporting documents.
What You Can Submit:
Common documents include:
- Signed rendition form
- Asset listing (fixed asset schedule)
- Inventory summary (if applicable)
- Bookkeeping records used as support
- Lease list for leased equipment
- Notes explaining closures, moves, or sales
Submission Options:
You can choose one of the following methods.
Option 1: Upload Through the Help Center (Recommended)
Use help.bcad.org to upload your documents when available.
Best for:
- Fast submission
- Clear record of what you uploaded
Option 2: Mail

Tips:
- Consider certified mail if you want proof of delivery
- Be mindful of changes to the USPS postmark schedule

- Include your account number if available
- Use clear file names, for example:
- "ABC Plumbing Rendition 2026 Signed.pdf"
