Property owners whose prior year exemptions have been removed or reduced for the current year may receive a Notice of Cancelled or Reduced Exemptions.
The cancellation or reduction of an exemption may be due to various reasons including, but not limited to, a change in the ownership record or mailing address or exemption withdrawals such as removing a Disabled Person exemption to apply an Over 65 exemption to the property, as required by law.
