How Do I Know BCAD Received My Rendition?

BCAD does not send automatic confirmation for every rendition. The following information explains how to confirm whether your rendition is marked as received.

How to Check Status:

1. Go to www.bcad.org
2. Use Property Search
3. Find your business account
4. Look for status indicator showing the rendition was received, such as "RR20[Current Year]" in the "Zoning" section of the page

If You Do Not See the Received Indicator: 

Possible reasons, including but are not limited to: 

• It is still being processed
• The account number or business name search was incorrect
• The rendition was incomplete or unsigned
• It was submitted to the wrong office or missing key identifiers

What To Do Next:

• Wait a reasonable processing period after submission
• If still not shown on website, call BPP at 210-242-2432
• Have the following information ready:
  • Business name
  • Location address
  • Approximate submission date
  • Submission method (Help Center, mail, drop off, or fax)
